By accessing The Savannah Tattoo Index, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the site.
2. Editorial nature
Listings reflect editorial opinion and curation. We are not affiliated with the businesses we cover unless explicitly noted as Premium partners. Information is provided as-is and may change without notice.
3. User submissions
Reviews and other user content must be truthful, first-hand, and respectful. We reserve the right to moderate, redact, or remove submissions for any reason, including suspected fakery.
4. Studio listings
Verified studios may claim and update their listings via /claim-spot. Premium subscribers receive enhanced placement; pricing is publicly listed. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
5. Intellectual property
All editorial copy, layout, and aggregate data are © The Savannah Tattoo Index. Studio portfolio images are used with attribution or under fair-use editorial coverage and remain property of their respective artists.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for the services provided by listed businesses, including tattoo, piercing, or aftercare outcomes. Always verify licensure and sanitation independently.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
